The poster boards are 100 cm wide and 200 cm high. Only posters in portrait format are allowed. Each poster board will be identified by a poster number. We refer to the final program to confirm the number assigned to your poster presentation.

Posters can be put up a couple of hours before the start of the official poster sessions. In that way, participants can already have a look at the posters before the official poster session starts.

  • Posters of Poster Session 1 can be put up on Thursday 7 June from 08:30.
  • Posters of Poster Session 2 can be put up on Friday 8 June from 14:00 (after Poster Session 1).
  • Posters of Poster Session 3 can be put up on Friday 8 June from 08:30.
  • Posters of Poster Session 4 can be put up on Friday 8 June from 14:00 (after Poster Session 3).

Timing of the three poster sessions:

  • Poster Session 1 – Thursday June 7: 12:30-14:00
  • Poster Session 2 – Thursday June 7: 17:30-18:30
  • Poster Session 3 – Friday June 8: 12:30-14:00
